We collect only the information necessary to provide coaching and educational services, including your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, intake reflections, and session scheduling notes. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third parties.
All discussions, reflections, and notes taken during 1:1 coaching sessions are strictly confidential. No details will be shared without your prior written consent, except in extraordinary circumstances where disclosure is required by law (e.g., imminent threat of physical harm to oneself or others).
By submitting your contact details, you consent to receive direct scheduling communications via email or WhatsApp. You may opt out of non-essential announcements at any time by replying 'STOP'.
