Background & Story

A Practitioner Rooted in Both Worlds

Modern psychology provides structured frameworks to decode thoughts, behavior patterns, subconscious beliefs, and emotional triggers. Yet, for thousands of years, Indian philosophical traditions have provided the deepest answers to identity, duty, attachment, and freedom from suffering.

At Kaalasya, I bring these two streams together. Having completed an M.A. in Counselling Psychology, alongside extensive certifications in Life Coaching, NLP, and Hypnotherapy, coupled with a lifelong devotion to the teachings of the Upanishads and Bhagavad Gita, my work is non-dogmatic, practical, and transformative.
